In order to log-in and book a class, you will need to register and set up your profile.
Enter the required information to build your profile.
Select your Healthcare Provider from the Client drop down menu
Enter your one-time use Client Code 13 Digit Member ID (i.e.1234567890123) in the field provided. *Note, your Member ID number can be found on your insurance card. Please add a zero at the end of your Member ID if only 12 digits.
