Can you push, pull, squat, hinge, crawl in a coordinated manner while being in the correct position at all times? Jordan’s goal is to help master these fundamental movement techniques to lay the groundwork for long-term results and overall happiness. He uses the latest tools and techniques for his client's needs to ensure their experience goes beyond just sets and reps.    Jordan is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is a graduate of Temple University.
